Hi there, I'm Sean. I've been a private landlord in South London for over ten years. I've used traditional agents to manage my property whilst overseas, but the services they provided never really justified the high fees.
I was also frustrated at the negative perception of private landlords. Too many are really poor and do not look after their properties or their tenants as they should.

I started Cannon Property Services with a clear vision to put his right. Cannon is dedicated to providing a high quality service at a lower cost. We offer flexible services based on your needs and we treat every property as if it were our own.
