We're able to manage any of your property needs. From finding great new tenants to general management and maintenance, we've got it all covered. We have very competitive fees for standard tenant finding and management services but can develop a solution bespoke to your specific needs. 

1. Finding you great tenants

• We will take great care in finding the right tenants for you

• Your brief and preferences will be met via thorough canvassing of potential tenants and full checks of financials, identification, and character/work references

• We will be completely honest on expectations and make suggestions to enhance your property to attain maximum rental value and to ensure happy, respectful tenants

• We utilise social platforms, local community sites, our own contact database and property sites including Right Move, Zoopla, Gumtree and Open Rent

• We place ads, bespoke to each platform and if required, provide quality photography

• Our local knowledge in showcasing the area to prospective tenants is second to none

• We offer virtual and in-person viewings, maintaining the strictest of Covid precautions

• We'll take care of contracts and if required check ins, inventory reports and check outs

• Whilst professional cleaning services are not included in our standard fees, we are happy to organise this for you and we offer very reasonable rates 

• Our fee for tenant finding ranges from 6-10% (inc. VAT) with no admin fees or added charges

2. Management & Maintenance

 

• If you choose our property management service, you can sleep easy knowing everything is taken care of

• We will be your tenants’ first point of contact and we will take responsible for organising any assistance they require

• Any maintenance services required will be tendered to trusted local professionals to ensure the best quality and value for money.

• Final approval for specialist services will be offered to the owner as required.

• We provide quarterly or 6 monthly property checks

• Our fees for management and maintenance range from only 8-10% (inc. VAT)

• Our all inclusive fees for tenant finding plus management and maintenance range from only 8-12% (inc. VAT). This is more than half the price of many traditional high street agents!!
